We are currently seeking individuals with work permits (with or without CDL) who may also be eligible for green card sponsorship. For the individuals who don’t have a CDL and are willing to start driving a semi truck, we offer training and sponsorship for obtaining a CDL. In addition to competitive pay rates and benefits, we offer green card sponsorship for eligible employees, helping them to secure permanent residency in the USA and build a better future for them and their families.
As a truck driver at Eclectic Logistics, you’ll be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations across the country, ensuring timely and safe delivery of our clients’ cargo. To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL), a clean driving record, and a proven track record of safe and efficient driving. Three steps of sponsorship
1.
Department of Labor
This step consists of proving to the Labor Office that Eclectic Logistics is unable to find experienced truck drivers in the local market and expressing a willingness to bring in a candidate from outside the USA, and the candidate must prove that he meets the requirements for the position.
12 TO 18 MONTHS
2.
Immigration Office
Once application is approved by Department of Labor we file an I-140 Immigrant Worker Petition with the USCIS. USCIS processing time for an I-140 Petition is typically four to six months. However, for an additional filing fee, the USCIS will adjudicate the petition via “premium processing” (15 calendar days).
4 TO 6 MONTHS
3.
Adjustment of status
After the immigration petition is approved by the Immigration Service, the Applicant files Application for adjustment of status with the USCIS. During this process the Applicant will receive work permit after 3 months and permission to travel in 10 to 12 months.
6 TO 12 MONTHS
